Del 17 al 25 de junio, en Kabuleti, Georgia, tendrá lugar un Training Course financiado por el Programa Europeo Juventud en Acción (El nuevo Erasmus+).
Al curso participarán representantes de 11 países europeos.

Project Description
The main problem we’d like to address in the project «Short-term Volunteering for Civil Society» is the low level of youth activism in Eastern Europe and Caucasus. The Civil Society in the countries is weak and represented mostly by people over 50 years old. We believe that the more active inclusion of young people into Civil Society might be beneficiary to young people, to Civil Society and to the countries in general. Our target countries are: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Turkey, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Spain, Italy, Netherlands. We believe that our TC for the representatives of youth and student NGOs from these countries will help to establish good connections between the young people from these countries, to transfer the good practice in the field of youth work, cultural diversity and social inclusion. We want to promote volunteering activities and for this to establish a network of organizations involved in short-term (up to two months) volunteering of the young people in different NGOs around Eastern Europe and Caucasus. During our TC we plan to give the participants space to create their future projects related to short-term volunteering, to establish informal contacts necessary to this task. Using the methods of non-formal education we plan to explain to the participants the values of European Citizenship, Human Rights, Respect to Diversity, Democracy. Some special activities will be dedicated to different ways of volunteering, networking and fundraising. The TC will take place in Kobuleti, Georgia, between June 17-25, 2014.

Hay que respetar las fechas de llegadas y salidas para que los organizadores puedan preparar los transportes desde/hasta los aeropuertos de la mejor forma posible. Aun asi, podrias llegar dos dias antes o irte dos dias despúes de la finalización del curso pero los gastos de alojamiento y comida para estos dias correrian a tu cargo.
You can arrive in Tbilisi, Batumi or Kutaisi international airports. We will organize your transportation to the event venue.
Please note that the organizers will not cover any accommodation and food costs outside then project dates (June 17-25, 2014). Please be informed that according to the new rules participants may travel maximum 2 days before or after the Activity and that situation must be dully explained. Otherwise travel expenses won’t be eligible. Further, eligible travel costs are only those from home to the Activity venue and back, thus travel from another project’s place and back won’t be eligible.
If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, you should arrange and cover your extra stay in Georgia by yourself. We require that you take part in whole training.
REQUISITOS
– Ser residente en España y viajar desde/hasta España
– Ser mayor de 18 años
– Tener un dominio del inglés sificiente para tener una conversación y participar activamente en todas las actividades.
CONDICIONES ECONOMICAS
Viaje: según las condiciones del programa Juventud en Acción, tendrás derecho a la devolución del 70% de los gastos de viaje siempre que viajes en avión (clase turista) bus o tren. No hay devoluciones por viajes en coche o taxi. La organización promotora (Georgia) te devolverá el 70% de los gastos de viaje al finalizar el curso, una vez hayas entregado las tarjetas de embarque que justifiquen tu viaje, que debe ser siempre desde/hasta España. Solo te devolverán el 70% de un maximo de gastos de viaje de 400€, pues 280€. Si finalmente decidieras gastar más de 400€, la diferencia correra a tu cargo.
CUOTA DE PARTICIPACION: Hay una cuota de participación de 25€ a ingresar a Ingalicia solo en caso de ser seleccionado.
