TAROT CARDS - Time To Move Edition
WHAT IS THE TAROT ACTIVITY?
The Tarot Activity is an innovative and engaging tool designed to inspire young people to explore the opportunities offered by European programs. This activity combines creativity, storytelling, and interaction to make the exploration of mobility, education, and volunteering opportunities both fun and memorable. The goal is to prompt group members to think about their personal growth, the challenges they may face, and their potential future experiences abroad, all while learning about the opportunities offered by European initiatives like Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, and more.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO THE TAROT ACTIVITY
During the activity, participants are divided into small groups of 5 or 6 people. Each member of the group is assigned a tarot card, except for one person who will act as the Tarot Reader—the one who will “read the future” for their teammates. The Tarot Reader is given a sheet with descriptions of each card drawn by the other group members. Additionally, the Tarot Reader is provided with a series of guiding questions to facilitate discussions and encourage participants to reflect on the meanings behind the cards.

WHAT DO THE CARDS REPRESENT?
Each card symbolizes a key element of participating in European opportunities. Examples:
- The Stairs Overcoming the challenges of traveling.
- The Flags: Embracing the process of learning new languages.
- The World: Adapting to and appreciating cultural differences.
- The Sprain: Facing and conquering unexpected obstacles.
- The Calendar: Visualizing your goals and turning them into reality.
