EREC (European Renewable Energy Council) acaba de publicar en su web una interesante oferta de prácticas como asistente de Project Manager.
La organización se ocupa desde el 2000 de la industria europea de las energías renovables, el comercio y las asociaciones de investigación activas en los sectores de la energía hidroeléctrica fotovoltaica, pequeñas, energía solar térmica, la bioenergía, geotérmica, la energía solar concentrada y la energía eólica. EREC proporciona más de 550.000 puestos de trabajo.
La incorporación es prevista para Febrero 2012 – la fecha limite para presentar las solicitudes es: 13 de enero
Tareas principales:
Bajo la supervisión del Director del Proyecto y de acuerdo con la Política de EREC y el equipo de comunicación de la Asistente de Gerencia de Proyectos, el/la becari@ contribuirá en la gestión administrativa y la ejecución de varios proyectos de la UE que EREC suele presentar.
ACTIVIDADES
- Coordination of meetings, work packages and tasks with project partners and general contract implementation
- Organisation of meetings and events, minutes and meetings’ reports
- Assistance to the elaboration of project reports
- Project communication: newsletters, press releases, mailings, brochures
- Personal Assistance to the EREC Project Manager
- Collaboration with the EREC communication and policy team in the project implementation (Policy activities)
REQUISITOS
- Undergraduate or post-graduate University Degree
- Strong interest in project, event and office management
- Fluent written and oral English is a must, French and/or any other EU language is a plus
- Good time and task management skills
- IT user skills (Excel, Word, Internet)
- Good communication qualities especially in writing, editing and drafting
- Ability to research, evaluate, negotiate, establish and maintain relationships with project partners, in-house partners, suppliers
- Cultural awareness and flexibility.
