About the company: Our trade is sales and production of Nespresso compatible coffee capsules. Our customers are supermarkets and other chains already selling coffee, and we can also offer private label to established coffee suppliers. Our focus is quality products, traceability and fair trade. We are in the process of establishing our own production line and will control all elements from production to finished product. Our customer base is small, but we have already landed big chains and more are coming.
Information about the position: Your overall role is to be our country representative, establish new contacts and customers within retail chains, deliver profitable long term sales across our target markets and clients and to ensure that you and the company meet and exceed revenue targets.

Skills / Experience:
o Experience of selling and handling large customers is a plus.
o Able to operate at all levels within your customers, taking a business solutions as opposed to product based approach
o Excellent business development, sales, customer relationship and account management skills
o Fluent in at least English, additional languages would be valued
o Technical skills or experience in B2B selling/process may be an advantage
o Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build long term relationships.
o Meet or exceed annual sales target
o Consistently perform to target on a monthly basis
o Nurturing our customer relationships.
o Identify, qualify, pitch, negotiate & close opportunities for a variety of solution areas
o Negotiate commercially sound contracts of varying value and composition
Wages: Dominantly commission based, but you could expect anywhere from 50.000 – 150.000 Euros per year. Options for shares in the company are also a possibility.
