Stores Operation Assistant
We are looking to recruit somebody with a real passion for retail and customer service coupled with an unbeatable team spirit and a desire to succeed.

Duties will include: Receiving and checking deliveries of merchandise Transporting deliveries to the warehouse area and from there to the various retail points around the attraction and the gift shop Monitoring and controlling stock levels Taking a major role in stock taking procedures Undertaking general warehouse duties This position would suit a person who is able to use their initiative and is not afraid of hard work! You will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail and will be flexible around the needs of the business, especially around stock taking periods.

This role also includes many manual handling tasks (training will be provided), so you will need to be able to physically move large amounts of stock around the goods in, yard, warehouse, retail and attraction areas. Previous experience of working in a warehouse/stores environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. This is a full time, permanent role; you will work 40 hours a week including weekends and bank holidays. We offer a salary of £16 225 per annum pro rata. We also include a benefits package offering free tickets to group attractions and discounts with local restaurants and gyms. Treasury Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join the finance team at the EDF Energy London Eye has arisen! We are looking for our next Treasury Assistant who will operate the highest standards of honesty and integrity and provide secure, accurate and efficient cash management and payment documentation services. This role is a part time position based upon working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Your duties will include: Liaising with all departments within the company in relation to financial matters Supply of data to internal and external customers Daily reconciliation of almost 50 cashiers, operation of safes and also control and issue of coin/notes floats Daily processing of cash and credit card takings Identifying any discrepancies and initiating corrective actions Dealing with and banking of multi currencies; meeting tight banking deadlines and working well under pressure Authorising any petty cash and reclaiming any monies owed Daily banking of all the checked takings, as well as change orders and paying back money owed Daily checking and filling of vouchers taken by cashiers and reporting any discrepancies of those extra or missing ones to the managers To join us, you’ll ideally have previous experience of working in a fast-moving, customer oriented environment – giving you the ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively. You will also have/be: A strong level of numeracy, with experience of using Excel spreadsheets You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a close team and also unsupervised. Honesty and integrity to provide the highest standards at all times. A high level of cash handling skills and experience This is a part time postion, based upon working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Salary for this position is £10, 868.
