La Comisión Europea acaba de lanzar un concurso de ideas en memoria de Diogo Vasconcelos. El concurso está abierto a todas aquellas ideas de innovación social que puedan producir un cambio positivo en el sistema social europeo.
Las propuestas pueden ser presentadas por todas las organizaciones interesadas, incluyendo las ONG y las asociaciones, asi como las empresas legalmente constituidas en uno de los Estados Miembros de la UE.
La Fecha limite para presentar tu idea es : 21 de DICIEMBRE DE 2012
PREMIOS: 3 PREMIOS DE 20.000 € cada uno.

The European Social Innovation Competition is launched by the European Commission in memory of Diogo Vasconcelos. The Competition aims at raising awareness of social innovation’s potential to foster growth, entrepreneurship and provide solutions for today’s challenges. It will engage businesses (including start-ups), social economy and citizens in Europe in a huge range of sectors, thereby creating new connections and job opportunities. It will also include a strong mentoring component that will benefit not only the winners but also the contestants having submitted the best ideas. The award ceremony of the 2013 edition is expected to take place in May 2013.
