HISTORIAS DE VIDA Y VOLUNTARIADO EN GALICIA
Cada año, en Ingalicia acogemos a personas (en voluntariado o prácticas) que se suman al equipo para echarnos una mano con los proyectos que tenemos en marcha aquí. Ya sea a través del CES o del Servicio Civil, estos jóvenes aprenden con nosotros qué es la educación no formal, las actividades para jóvenes y cómo se gestionan proyectos… y, de paso, viven una aventura gallega que les cambia un poco (o mucho!). THE STORY OF HEBA
I volunteered in A Coruña with Ingalicia, and it turned out to be one of the most enriching experiences I’ve ever had. During my time there, I learned how to write European projects, collaborated with organizations across the continent, and even managed a project called Espolitica, carried out with partners from nine different European countries.
Espolitica focused on empowering women and helping them find their voices and opportunities in today’s job market…

In January 2024 I started Erasmus for Young Entrepreneur program in Ingalicia in A Coruna, Spain. Reflecting on my experience with the Erasmus Young Entrepreneurs program, I have to say that I feel grateful and satisfied for the opportunity to participate in this program with Ingalicia.
My first and main objective of EYE was to finally feel that I am ready to have my own organization. I need to add that from a theoretical point of view (knowledge, skills), I had already been almost ready before. But (there is always but) I was afraid of it and was struggling with how to change it. That’s why when I noticed the EYE program, I thought – it’s something for me…
